SBF Trainer 3.6

The SBF Trainer serves as a comprehensive learning tool designed to assist candidates preparing for various maritime licensing examinations, including the Sportbootführerschein Binnen (Motor and Sail), Sportbootführerschein See, Sportküstenschifferschein, radio operator licenses, and distress signal certification. It incorporates official examination questions, which can be accessed in an exam mode that replicates the actual testing experience by presenting questions in the same wording and sequence as in the official exam.

During practice, users can attempt to answer questions mentally, then verify their responses and record whether they were correct. For multiple-choice questions, this process is automated, providing immediate feedback. Users can monitor their overall progress through integrated statistics that track all answered questions or specific question sets. The application also allows users to focus practice on only false, partially correct, or correct questions, or to generate random question sequences for varied practice sessions.

Questions from the question catalogs can be unlocked via an in-app purchase function tailored to individual needs. These catalogs are relevant for the multiple-choice sections of the radio licenses (post-October 2011) and the boat licenses (post-May 2012).
